Elation Futures wants to spread our impact of hope and compassion. We believe that a single action can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can make the biggest impact on the greater. Established in 2020 Elation Futures aim to bridge the gap in missing and lack of identified community services whilst improving support to those in need on the NW of Tasmania, our skilled team have years of experience in support work, youth work, behavioral management and community programs, we work collaboratively with other experts from partner organisations to provide a high level of expertise you expect. Each and everyone of us work tirelessly each day to contribute our part to the greater good.

We come to you! With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with day to day challenges. This is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact in the lives of those who need us. From domestic assistance to social inclusion our team is here.
Mentoring and social support
At Elation Futures, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing the issue of equal opportunity and mentorship. This is by no means an easy feat, but through collaboration and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference and create future opportunities for all involved by strengthening community connection and life skills in this area.
Accommodation
With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfil their potential. We offer STA, SIL and ILO options to NDIS participants, and other referring organisations at one of our safe, warm and inviting support homes in Wynyard and Burnie. we can at most times offer STA and emergency accommodation at short notice, call us for availability.
